Symptoms

OAFWK (Framework) Email notifications are showing incorrect timestamp, however timestamp at worklist is displayed correctly.

For example: If user submitted leave request at 5:00 PM HKT and was approved at 5:02 PM HKT but in Email notification it is displayed as 10:00 AM and 10:02 AM HKT.
