Cannot Import Receiving Subinventory for an Item using Item Import (Doc ID 282150.1)

Symptoms

 While using Item Import Interface we cannot import the Receiving Subinventory into the Items table (MTL_SYSTEM_ITEMS_B). However we can update this in two ways:


1st Method:

1. Navigate to Items form
2. Go to Receiving tab
3. Select from the drop down available and save

2nd Method
1. Navigate to Inventory Setup
2. Go to Transactions
3. Select Item Transaction Defaults
4. Update the receiving subinventories for the given item
