HTML Dispatch Center: The Scheduled Start/End Date/Time Cannot Be Updated By Users (Doc ID 2821526.1)

On : 12.2.6 version, Dispatch Center

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
In HTML Dispatch Center, it is currently not possible to update the Scheduled Dates on a Task in 'In Planning' status when the Scheduler returns proposed Scheduled Dates.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Allow the Scheduled Start/End Date/Time to be updated by users.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in with Field Service Manager responsibility.
2. Open HTML Dispatch Center.
3. Select a task in 'In Planning' status from Task grid.
4. Schedule the task by selecting 'Schedule' from the right-click menu.
5. Try to change the proposed Scheduled Start/End Date/Time for the task.
