DFF Defaulted The Value 'Y' While Creating Investor Agreement (Doc ID 2821562.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
When creating an Investor Agreement, a value of 'Y' is defaulting in the flexfield segment (ie ATTRIBUTE1) column of the Additional Information (DFF) section of the page. Trying to change the field to a valid value results in the value being changed back to 'Y' when saved.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
No value should be defaulting in this DFF field.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Using a Lease responsibility, open the Lease and Finance Management Workbench.
2. Click the Investors tab.
3. Click the Create button.
4. The Create Investor Agreement page opens and there is a value of 'Y' in the flexfield segment.
