On : 12.1.3 version, Accounting
When running PRC: Create Accounting for Supplier Costs and Supplier Cost Adjustments, the following error occurs:

95353:
Subledger Accounting was unable to derive an accounting code combination
using the account derivation rule Cost Account Rule owned by Oracle. Please
review the account derivation rule and make sure it derives a valid
accounting flexfield combination for the source values passed for the
transaction.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Using Projects form responsibility:
- Navigate to Other > Requests > Run
- Run PRC: Create Accounting for Supplier Costs or Supplier Cost Adjustments
- See Error 95353 on the output file
