The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. N) India Local Purchasing -> Quotations
2. Create a Standard type Quotation
3. Applying Taxes in Quotation using Tools -> India Tax Details.
4. Copy document
5. Blanket Agreement creation--> India Taxes showing extra lines
