Symptoms
RXARADJR: RX-only: Adjustment Register errors out with the following , in the log file:

ORA-01722: invalid number
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility : Receivables Manager
2. Run Adjustment Register report with Company Segment Low and high parameters
3. program completes with error
