JBO-27122: SQL Error, Business Process Not Defaulted While Creating Service Request From Agent Dashboard (Doc ID 2821844.1)

On : 12.2.9 version, Agent Dashboard

When attempting to Create a service request from the Agent Dashboard, the Business Process is not defaulted and when attempting to populate the Business Process the below error is thrown

You have encountered an unexpected error. Please contact your system administrator for assistance

The error stack shows:

oracle.apps.fnd.framework.OAException: oracle.jbo.SQLStmtException: JBO-27122: SQL error during statement preparation.  Statement: SELECT * FROM (SELECT
 DISTINCT b.sr_type_attr_map_id SR_TYPE_ATTR_MAP_ID,

java.sql.SQLException: Missing IN or OUT parameter at index:: 1

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Field Service (R) Agent Dashboard
2. Create Service Request
3. Attempt to select the Business Process when the error is thrown
