On : 12.1.3 version, Advanced Benefits

We have a need to make a change to a post election edit rule formula, but the life event is already in a started state.

So - the question is:
Can we change post election edit rule (fast formula) after the life event is processed ?
   - If we change the formula, does it take effect without having to process the life event again ?
