Slow performance running

   Lease ECC Contract Revision Data load
   Lease ECC AR Cash Data Loader

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to ECC Developer > Data Load Submission.
2. Run either of the following data loads:
   Lease ECC Contract Revision Data load
   Lease ECC AR Cash Data Loade
