PROBLEM STATEMENT

On : 12.2.9 version, Requisition Creation

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
After upgrade from R12.1.3 to R12.2.9 the shortcut key combination button for
Continue is unavailable in Create Address book of Supplier. When completing
a supplier address, the shortcut key for the 'Continue' button does not work.
This functionality previously worked in R12.1.3

When hovering over the button in 12.2.9 the shortcut message is displayed
i.e. 'Continue: Alt + C' however it does not appear the shortcut has been
enabled for the letter 'C' as there is also no 'C' underline on the
'Continue' button.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Shortcut key combination should exist as per 12.1.3 and keyboard tip

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Suppliers > Supplier Entry
2. Address Book > Create
3. The continue button is missing the keyboard shortcut combination

 Upgrade from R12.1.3 to R12.2.9
