Symptoms

When running the report EXC: Transaction Exception Details by PA Period performance issues are encountered. The report takes more than 5 hours to complete.

Steps to reproduce:

1.  Using a Projects responsibility, navigate to Other-->Requests-->Run

2.  Select Name = EXC: Transaction Exception Details by PA Period
