AutoConfig Fails While Executing Afcpctx.sh: Check Log File Created By FNDCPUCF Program (Doc ID 282232.1)

Symptoms

The "Autoconfig Error Report" at the end of the adconfig.log shows the following failure for "afcpctx.sh": AutoConfig Profile Phase

[PROFILE PHASE]
AutoConfig could not successfully execute the following scripts:
Directory: <$COMMON_TOP>/admin/install/<SID>_<HOstname>
afcpctx.sh INSTE8_PRF


Additionally, a search of the adconfig.log shows the following error when "afcpctx.sh" was run by Autoconfig:

Running Profile Process 6 of 14 for AD_TOP
Executing script in InstantiateFile:
$COMMON_TOP/admin/install/_/afcpctx.sh
