Departure Shipment Notice Outbound ( DSNO ) is Missing Record 2200 On Certain Ship Lines (Doc ID 2822500.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Shipping Transactions form


Find that Departure Shipment Notice Outbound(DSNO) files are missing record 2200 data for certain Customers ASN / ship confirmed lines.

Expects these records to be populated for all customers / ship confirmed lines

CHANGES
Recent 19c database upgrade (9-10 OCT 2021)

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Set up DSNO flat file
2. Responsibility: Order Management Super User (or equivalent)
3. Navigate to : Shipping > Transactions > Interfaces,
4. Choose Single Request - then select 'Interface Trip Stop - SRS',
5. Enter the delivery or stop and execute the request.

NOTES
customer referenced and questioned if root cause is:

Customer applied <Patch 23228004>:R12.WSH.B
Confirmed file versions:
  WSH_ECE_VIEWS_DEF WSHECVWS.pls 120.0.12010000.4 SPEC VALID
  WSH_ECE_VIEWS_DEF WSHECVWB.pls 120.0.12010000.5 BODY VALID
Re-tested and same issue is still present.
