BOM Components With Supply Type Push Getting Stuck In Interface Due To Negative Balances Not Allowed (Doc ID 2822568.1)

Goal

  1. Is it possible to allow components with Supply Type 'Push' to negative ?

  2. The system does allow the negative balance for WIP transactions when Supply Type is 'Assembly Pull'.  The system does not work the same way when the supply type changes to 'Push'.  Need the push components to behave the same way as the assembly pull components.
    Is this a valid business requirement ?
