Symptoms
On : 12.2.10 version, ECC Inventory
When running the Oracle Inventory Command Center data load request with parameter for Full Load, the request goes into error.
ERROR

whole batch here for collection inv-onhand
org.apache.solr.client.solrj.impl.HttpSolrClient$RemoteSolrException: Error
Log file shows:
org.apache.solr.client.solrj.impl.HttpSolrClient$RemoteSolrException: Error
from server [ServerName:Port number]
Error adding field 'TOTAL_VALUE'='20,21'
msg=For input string: "20,21"
The issue is only with INV-ONHAND Data set

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. After installing ECC, Run the Oracle Inventory Command Center data load request with parameter for Full Load
2. See error
