PAXCARVW: Capital Project Is Showing An Amount In Interfaced CIP While The Line Was Reversed (Doc ID 2822661.1)

Symptoms

A capital project is showing $3,934,096.96 for interfaced CIP.

However, nothing for this project can be found in the assets module.

task 1 is showing $314,464.21

Reviewing reversal lines, they are showing as REJECTED with the reason 'Original Asset not posted'.

task 1 should only have asset costs interfaced to CIP
task 2 has an amount of 3,619,632.75 which should be removed from the 'interfaced CIP' column.

Steps to Reproduce
----------------------

  1. Log into a Projects responsibility
  2. Navigate to Capitalization
  3. Capital Projects
  4. Enter Project Number/Name
  5. Click Find
  6. Review Capital Project Summary page
