Symptoms


ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
The amounts in Oracle Incentive Compensation are displaying with improper number format for eg comma in place of decimal and decimal in place of comma .

For eg 10,000.00 is being displayed as 10.000,00

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The amounts should be shown in proper format

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Application
2. Go to  Plan Administrator responsibility
3. Navigate to Compensation plan and components> Maintain component library >Rate Dimension
Payment Batches – all amounts in wrong format.
