FAMAPT: Mass Addition Post Errors with 'This Asset Number is already in use' and Row Not Getting Posted while Running Mass Additions Post. (Doc ID 2822808.1)

When attempting to run Post Mass Additions, the following error occurs.

This Asset Number is already in use. Please enter another.

Mass Addition ID: xxxxx ==> ** Failed **


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1/ Login through Fixed Assets Responsibility
2/ Upload the lines through webadi with asset number
     Mass addition > Addition Integrator
3/ Run the Post Mass Addition
   Mass Additions > Post Mass Additions
