Symptoms

In R12, when accessing the tax profile at the address level a form error occurs.

Error: Stale Data    The requested page contains stale data.

Steps To Reproduce:
Responsibility: Receivables Manager
Navigation: Customers -> Standard

  1. Search for customer and open account's details.
  2. Open existing address details
  3. Click Tax Profile
