Symptoms

Update Expenditure/Drilldown from Transactions Overview page in ECC Projects errors.


ERROR - ON PAGE:
You have encountered an unexpected error. Please contact your System Administrator for assistance.

With FND: Diagnostics profile enabled (set to Yes) the error changes into: You have insufficient privileges for the current operation. Please contact your System Administrator.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. ECC Projects Responsibility Navigate to the Transactions Overview area > Update Expenditure
2. A new page opens and shows error


WHAT WORKS:

ECC Drilldown/Update works for all other modules (for example ECC Receivables, ECC Payables, ECC Purchasing, ECC Fixed Assets)

Changes

ECC v5 - attempting to go live with Projects module.
