Symptoms

PRC: Transaction Import is rejecting records with the rejection code - GMS_INVALID_EXP_TYPE.

Rejection Code                 Meaning
 ------------------------------ ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
 GMS_INVALID_EXP_TYPE           The entered expense type is not available for this award. Please correct the expenditure type.

 AWARD_DISTRIBUTION_FAILED      Award Distribution Failed

Steps To Reproduce
---------------------

  1. Log into a Grants Accounting responsibility
  2. Navigate to Others > Requests > Run
  3. Submit PRC: Transaction Import
