Can Project Budget Records be Purged/Archived? (Doc ID 2823065.1)

Purge options in the purge batch form are summary data, capital data and actuals, but, there is no option to select the budget data.  However, there is information that seems to reflect the possibility of purging budget data.

1. Output of ADM: Validate Purge Batches report is showing the column, Budgets Data Archive/Purge, for all valid projects which means budget data can be purged and archived.
2. There are two flags (PURGE_BUDGETS_FLAG and ARCHIVE_BUDGETS_FLAG ) in the table PA_PURGE_BATCHES_ALL.
3. There are two flags (PURGE_BUDGETS_FLAG and ARCHIVE_BUDGETS_FLAG ) in the table PA_PURGE_PROJECTS.
