Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Journal Import is slow for specific ledger.
It is taking around 7 hours to import data for 730 thousand journal lines

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Journal import should complete in less than 10mins.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open General Ledger Responsibility
2. Journal > Import
