New detail code combinations are not added to the budget organization.
 
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Expect new code combinations to be assigned to the budget organization after the maintain budget organization request is run

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. General Ledger responsibility > Setup > Financials > Flexfields > Key > Segment > Values
2. Add a new company code to balance list of values (balancing segment value - BSV)
3. Detail code combination was created
4. Created account range for budget organization
5. Run program Program - Maintain Budget Organization
6. As a result, note there is no new combination in budget organization assignments 
 

Changes

New Balancing Segment Value added in the system.
