The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in to Oracle Applications.
2. Navigate to an iProcurement responsibility > Shop tab > Non-Catalog Request subtab.
3. On the Non-Catalog Request page, in the Contract Number field, click the list of values (LOV) icon.
4. In the "Search and Select: Contract Number" pop-up LOV window, search by contract number "ABCDE/00459".
5. In the search results, see many rows with Contract Number values like "ABCDE/00459-1", "ABCDE/00459-10", "ABCDE/00459-11", "ABCDE/00459-12", etc.
6. Select the row for "ABCDE/00459-1" by clicking the Quick Select icon.
7. Now back on the Non-Catalog Request page, the error appears.

Error
