Symptoms

 When creating and releasing work orders from the Work Orders form (not from html pages), the material allocation is not happening.

Steps:

1. Enterprise Asset Management Responsibility
2. Work Orders > Work Orders form
3. Enter required information
4. Go to Materials and add material requirements
5. Release WO and Save.
6. Check that Allocated quantity remains Null or 0.
