ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Pick List report in discrete jobs is not printing bulk items. This is working in 12.1.3 but not in 12.2.9

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect the Pick List report in discrete jobs to print bulk items

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Resp: Work In Process
2. Go to Reports and run the Pick List report
3. See that Pick List report in discrete jobs is not printing bulk items in 12.2.9
