After RUP14 upgrade ,When trying to run Retropay (Enhanced) then Payroll Worker Process is going into error ORA-21560: argument 3 is null, invalid, or out of range (Doc ID 2823785.1)

Symptoms

On R12.HR_PF.B.Delta.14 of Application.


After applying RUP 14 patches , When trying to run Retropay (Enhanced) then Payroll Worker Process sub request are going into error.log file shows below error

Cause: an oracle error has occurred. The failure was reported on table pay_core_files.write_to_file at location 1620 with the error text ORA-21560: argument 3 is null, invalid, or out of range

STEPS
-----------------------

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Responsibility: Login To Standard HRMS manager

2. Navigate View ->Requests -> Submit Concurrent program ->Retro Pay enhanced ->Submit the program

3. One of the Payroll Worker Process sub request are going into error and above error shown in GMFZT log file
