Symptoms


When attempting to complete one discrete job, the following error occurs.
Users cannot complete same serial Again, so they are unable to complete balance 2 qty with other available serial numbers.
Need a datafix to complete the wip job with different serial numbers.

ERROR

Error Code = Transaction processor error
Error Explanation = Serial number xxxx for item yyyy already exists, Serial state "Resides in stores" disallows this transaction


STEPS

The issue cannot be reproduced at will.
