Component Pick Release Is Unable To Allocate Flow Job

Symptoms
On : 12.2.10 version, FLOW
When attempting to run Component Pick Release for FLOW schedules after Upgrade, the following error occurs.
ERROR
-----------------------
"An unexpected error was encountered: wip_picking_pvt.allocate:ORA-0127:Single-row sub query
return more than one row"
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: Flow Manufacturing
2. Production > Component Pick Release > Component Pick Release
(Form) Choose Org - XXX > Hit Find > Display all Jobs > Hit Release
3. See the aforementioned error message.
