Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Following CLE upgrade process using the following note.
EMEA Add-on Localizations - Upgrade steps to 12.2 (Doc ID 1593750.1)

Before upgrade, table CLEF121_DDT_LINES had more than 1 million rows.

After having done the full upgrade (to 12.2.10) table has 0 rows OR not all the records from the 12.1.X instance.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
--------------
the CLEF121_DDT_LINES table should be migrated properly with its data


STEPS
-------------
1. Upgrade from 12.1 to 12.2 using (Doc ID 1593750.1)
2. The CLEF121_DDT_LINES table is not upgraded properly. The data is not migrated.
