Does the Profile Option "OKS: Electronic Renewal URL" Still Work in R12 (Doc ID 2824421.1)

The Service Contracts User Guide indicates that the URL for the Customer Online Acceptance portal that can be included in customer notifications is provided in profile option "OKS: Electronic Renewals URL". However, this profile option appears to have been inactivated by the upgrade to R12. Is this profile option still in use or if the documentation is incorrect?
