ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

After making receipt against a PO, PO_DISTRIBUTION_ID in RCV_TRANSACTIONS and RCV_SHIPMENT_LINES is still NULL for RECEIVE transaction line when receipt routing is DIRECT DELIVERY.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect PO_DISTRIBUTION_ID to be updated for for RECEIVE transaction line
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Purchasing respsonbility
2. Go to Purchase Order > Enter the PO line details
3. Go to shipment > Set receipt routing as DIRECT DELIVERY
4. Approve the PO
5. Navigate to Receiving > Receipts
6. Query the PO in Receipt screen
7. Change the Destination Type to 'Receiving'
8. Save the transaction
9. Go to 'Receiving Transactions' form
10. Query the PO
11. Select the line and perform the Deliver transaction
