Materials should not be duplicated

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to WIP responsibility
2. LOT transactions-->WIP Lot Transactions
3. Create a Lot based job
4. Observe components are getting duplicated

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot have correct calculations across operations
