Symptoms
GLXRCAUT Automatic Reconciliation concurrent has performance issues, it sometimes takes days to complete.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Use the General ledger Super User Responsibility.
2. Schedule the GLXRCAUT Automatic Reconciliation.
3. Check the concurrent program's log file and notice the performance issues.
