Symptoms

Could not properly process the transaction with proper CUSTOMER_TRX_ID and get error while running Create Accounting for Latin American AR and AP.

 

ERROR:

Error Message 95937

 

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

  1. Upgrade from 11i to R12
  2. Attempt to process particular transactions > run Create Accounting for Latin American AR and AP
  3. Observe the error in the logfile
