Update Progress Pencil Icon Does Not Appear in the List View on Workplan Versions (Doc ID 2825199.1)

Symptoms

The environment is upgraded from 12.1.3 version to 12.2.10 and users are finding the Update Progress pencil icon does not appear in the List view on Workplan versions.
This same List view in 12.1.3 would allow users to access the Update Progress pencil icon.
Where has the Update Progress pencil icon been moved?

Steps:
Responsibility -> Project Super User
Navigation -> Project:Delivery>Search Project>Workplan>Workplan Versions>View Display:List

 

Changes

 Upgrade from release 12.1.3 to release 12.2.10 for Projects Workplan functionality.
