Symptoms

Error ORA-04062 - while querying any sales agreement or while trying to add a line in existing sales agreement in "Sales Agreement" form.


ERROR

ORA-04062:  of has been changed
ORA-01403: no data found

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to an Order Management responsibility
2. Navigate to Sales Agreements > Sales Agreements
3. on the Sales Agreement form, query any existing Sales Agreement Number
4. Observe the error
