Symptoms

During Upgradation to 12.2.10 version, Users are applying 12.2.10 RUP Patch 30399999. But patch is taking more than 24 Hours to complete as Index creation for 'XLA_AE_HEADERS_N7' is taking time.

This issue is blocking the downtime required for upgradation process.
