ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When trying to update Party Number in Item IB Instance page, some expected Party Numbers are not available

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

expect to find the Party Number on Item Instance page

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in Oracle Install Base Agent User responsibility

2. Open Item Instance Page

3. Query an Instance, navigate to General’ --> ‘Current Location’ & ‘Installed At’

4. Try to find Party Number to update
