Symptoms

Demand Stream Processor is throwing error when blanket number is used and blanket sales order header is not created

ERROR

Error :: "Release Management program unit rlm_rd_sv.CalculateIntransitQty-010: rlm_core_sv.start_debug failed with the following progress code: 010 and SQL error message: ORA-01403: no data found"

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: Release Management
2. Run Concurrent Process Release Management Demand Stream Processor (DSP)
2. Observe the Error
