 When launching the Ebusiness Center from a Collections responsibility, users receive the following error message:

FRM-92100: Your connection to the server was interrupted. This may be
the result of network error, or a failure on the server. You need to reestablish your session.

Navigation Path:

Collections Responsibility>Ebusiness Center > Receive Error
