Root Cause Fix For OZF_CLAIM_INSUFFICIENT_VAL Error in Receivables Receipts Form When Unapplying a Claim (Doc ID 2825530.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to unapply a receipt from a Claims investigation, or reverse a receipt with claim, the following error occurs:

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

Receivables Responsibility
Navigation:  Receipts  > Receipts
1. Create Receipt
2. Click Apply and assign the receipt to a Claims Investigation (* do NOT save)
3. Unapply the receipt from the Claims Investigation (* do NOT save)
4. Again Apply the receipt to the Claim.
5. Close the Form.
6. Requery the Receipt.
7. Try to unapply the Claim
8. Error OZF_CLAIM_INSUFFICIENT_VAL displays
