R12: OIE: The iOS Expense Mobile App Hangs When Submitting a Large Expense Report that Has 40 (or More) Expense Lines and All Lines Have Attachments (Doc ID 2825762.1)

Steps to Reproduce

(i) Using iOS Expense Mobile App version 6.1.3 , the user creates an expense report that has 40 (or more) Expense Lines and all expense lines have attachments

(ii) The User submits the report and the app hangs. There is no error message. The app appears to be frozen and stops responding. If user waits for approximately 10 minutes the user may see the message "alert - connecting to server failed". But, the error does not always show. The User quits the app and believes the expense report was not submitted. The expense report still shows in the mobile app.

(iii) The User starts the app again and tries to resubmit the failed report. Again, the app hangs and appears to be frozen and stops responding. The expense report still shows in mobile app.

Note, it was later determined that the original expense report and the resubmitted expense reports were transferred to the Oracle iExpense application. So, there are duplicate reports in the the Oracle iExpense application.
