Expecting that assets should only be displayed once in the report.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Oracle Fixed Asset Responsibility.
2. Perform asset transfer.
3. Execute period mass copy and run depreciation
4. Submit CLE: Fixed Asset Register Report.
5. Observe the assets with transfer event having duplicate entries in the report output.
