R12: Tax: Tax Details Form in Ap Invoice Workbench Is Not Showing the Tax Jurisdiction Description (Doc ID 2825883.1)

Tax Line Summary does not display Tax Jurisdiction Description.
The business requirement is to be able to view the tax jurisdiction from the Tax Lines Summary form.

It is cumbersome to navigate to each item and then detail tax to view these details.
Though tax jurisdiction description seems to be viewable from Detail Tax Lines.

Reproducible steps:
1. Launch AP Invoice Workbench.
2. Click the Tax Detail button.
3. Open the Summary Tax Lines form, but Tax Jurisdiction Description is not shown.
