The Service Contracts Main Billing Program has Been Run but no Transactions Appear in the AR Interface Tables (Doc ID 282593.1)

Symptoms

The Service Contracts Main Billing Program has been run, however, no transactions appear in the AR Interface tables. Why is this?

The Service Contracts Main Billing log file shows: "Billing Main is successfully completed".

The History tab of the Billing Schedule does not show any billing data.

Running the following SQL query returns no data.

    SELECT *
    FROM ra_interface_lines_all
    WHERE interface_line_attribute1 = '<contract number>';
