Symptoms
When searching for an item in iStore, the following error is seen after upgrading to R12.2.10
ERROR

The maximum number of result records has been exceeded. Please refine your search criteria by entering additional characters.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. From iStore Catalog (ie http://domain/OA_HTML/ibeCZzpHome.jsp)
2. Add search criteria to the search field (ie 12345)
3. Click Go
4. Error is seen
