Inventory transaction workers are processing interface records in the wrong order when there are a lot of records inserted from the Interface (Mtl_Transactions_Interface) with the Transaction_Batch_Id and Transaction_Batch_Seq.

1. Insert around 1000 records into MTI (Mtl_Transactions_Interface) with more than 200 records with the same Transaction_Batch_Id.
2. Review batch size on Inventory > Setup > Transactions > Interface Managers > Material transaction manager > See Number of rows 200
3. Tools > Launch > See 'Submit request' form appears for request : "Process transaction Interface" (Inventory Manager)> Schedule concurrent request
4. See that same Batch id and Batch sequence records are assigned to different workers.
